Nestled in the heart of Fossil, Oregon, we’re a small retirement center with a big mission: to offer care rooted in dignity, connection, and compassion.

We opened our doors not just as a facility, but as a community. Over the years, Haven House has become a trusted part of the Fossil landscape, welcoming residents from all walks of life and offering peace of mind to families near and far. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we’ve been able to focus not on profit margins, but on what truly matters: people.
